As Rak-Su take the X Factor 2017 title the celebrities in the Jungle are starting to be voted out. First Shappi Khorsandi followed by Kezia Dugdale then Rebekah Vardy.

Bookies odds for the 4th eviction of the series predict Vanessa White will be the next victim although Denis Wise odds show he isn't safe either.

Georgia Toffolo (Toff) is still pipped to take the 2017 I'm A Celebrity crown with Amir Khan biting at her heels.

This series as usual has been filled with laughter and frivolity mainly supplied by Ant and Dec. There are two other close relationships in the jungle that have come to light, Stanley and Toff and the most unlikely matching of Amir and Stanley.

At the great age of 77, Stanley Johnson father of Boris has been an absolute star in the jungle. His funny stories, wit and humility are refreshing and most fellow jungle dwellers totally respect how he appears interested in their lives.

Stanley Johnson odds stand at 18/1 for the win placing him bang in the middle of all the remaining celebrity campers.

The King or Queen of the jungle is due to be crowned on 10th December while Strictly will finish closer to Christmas but fear not, a new series of Dancing on Ice and The Voice will start in January.

The celebrities have endured the jungle for over a week now and all seem to be fairing well but is that all about to change as tempers start to bubble up.

For the first week in the jungle the celebrity camp mates were as thick as thieves with not a bad word between them. Everyone helped and encouraged their fellow campers and laughter was in abundance.

Enter Iain Lee and Kezia Dugdale! Since their arrival the mood has started to shift. It's always hard for newbies to enter late and I appreciate they want to make their mark but there are better ways of doing so than having a go at the lovely Stanley Johnson and taking fire duties away from Amir Khan.

Rebekah Vardy also appeared to be showing her true colours during a 'race across the jungle' task in which she constantly shouted at Shappi Khorsandi to hurry up despite Shappi struggling. She then went on to moan about her to fellow camp mates. I'm all for a strong independent women who wants to beat the blokes but please show a bit of sisterhood in the process.

It won't be long before the general public start voting camp mates out of the jungle, Kezia and Rebekah could be in trouble if their attitudes don't change. As for Iain his strange and quirky personality could see him staying longer in the process.

Georgia Toffolo or Toff as she is known is bookies favourite for the win which is not surprising. The Made In Chelsea star is sweet, kind, always optimistic and has definitely secured the title of Jungle's top bikini babe.

Jamie White odds stand him in second place at the moment with Amir in third. Stanley and Jennie McAlpine are almost neck and neck for fourth place while Iain Lee and Dennis Wise odds are coming in at 30/1 and 33/1 respectively. Shappi and Rebekah odds stand at 40/1 and Saturdays girl group star, Vanessa White odds are at 66/1. Vanessa seems like a very nice girl but a little nondescript.

Kezia Dugdale finds herself with the longest odds of 100/1 for the win. She seems to take feminism to a new level which is very off putting.

X Factor Final 2017

   

This years series of X Factor has been speedy to say the least and here we are on the run up to the X Factor final.

The rightful three will return next weekend to see who will be crowned X Factor winner 2017. Rak Su, Kevin Davy White and Grace Davies have seen off all the competition, Rak Su and Grace with their original songs and Kevin with his polished performances showing his instrumental qualities.

Can we expect celebrity duets during the final? Grace Davies has said she would love to duet with Robbie Williams but nothing has been confirmed yet. We do know however, Little Mix, Sam Smith, Pink, Louis Tomlinson and PrettyMuch will perform at this weekends grand final.

The X Factor final will air on Saturday at 7.05pm. All three acts will perform and the one with the lowest number of public votes will finish in third place and leave the competition. The two remaining contestants will then perform again on Sunday night's show to battle it out for the X Factor 2017 title.

At the moment Rak-Su odds of 2/5 place them as bookies favourite for the win. Grace Davies odds put her in second place leaving Kevin in third place with Kevin Davy odds of 15/2.

Kevin has had the biggest odds journey during the competition. He started as an outsiders with odds of 50/1 but week after week his odds have shortened as the public realise what a real talent he is.

Could Kevin defy the odds and win X Factor 2017? Only time will tell!

Dancing on Ice Returns

Dancing on Ice returns in the new year after a four year break from our screens.

Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean are swapping their coaching roles for sitting on the judges bench in the new year and they will be joined by Jason Gardiner and founder of Diversity, Ashley Banjo.

Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby have been confirmed as the shows presenters.

Taking to the ice in 2018 will be a mix of sports personalities, reality and soap stars. These include Brooke Vincent, Coronation Streets Sophie Webster, Cheryl Baker from Bucks Fizz and Kem Cetinay, winner of Love Island 2017.

Ditching the cakes for the ice is 2016 Great British Bake Off winner Candice Brown and joining her are Scottish rugby player Max Evans, England cricket star Monty Panesar, Track athlete Perri Shakes-Drayton and X Factor and I'm a celebrity star Jake Quickenden.

Geordie socialite and James Middleton’s ex Donna Air will also be taking her chances on the ice.

Antony Cotton better known as Coronation Street's Sean Tully, weatherman Alex Beresford from Good Morning Britain and Hollyoaks Stephanie Waring are also throwing down the gauntlet.

This latest series will be the 10th and fans of the show are looking forward to finding out who's a natural and who's a skating disaster.

X Factor Double, Double Elimination NOT!

 
After a week of pumping up X Factor fans with the knowledge of a double, double elimination, Cowell and his cronies at X Factor decide this isn't a good idea. Why? To give the contestants more time to display their talents.

Loosely translated as 'We just wanted the publicity.'

So, in a non-quadruple elimination weekend, who got the chop?

The George Michael tribute weekend saw Jack and Joel eliminated on Saturday night after performing their version of 'The Edge of Heaven.' Once again Kevin Davy White took the public vote to be entered in to the 'money can't buy' prize vote after his emotional rendition of the iconic 'Fast Love.'

On Sunday night Sam Black and Alisah Bonaobra stood side by side wondering which one would be leaving the stage, never to return. Sam made a poor attempt of taking on 'I'm your Man' while Alisah smashed 'Praying For Time.' Alisah was eliminated which just goes to prove this competition really isn't about what you sound like.

Despite Simon Cowell bulling up Rai-Elle Williams it was Lloyd Macey who won the hearts of the voting public with his mesmerising version of 'A Different Corner.'

The once in a lifetime prize this week? To open for Little Mix at a forthcoming concert. Now we see why Cowell was pushing for Rai-Elle, neither Lloyd's West End vocals nor Kevin's gravelly grown up sound would be matched with the kiddie pop group Little Mix.

The public decided Lloyd Macey will be heading to Manchester this month to support Little Mix.

Despite all the twists and turns of a so called new format, the X Factor continues to loose viewers. Cowell has confirmed he is working on another music show for ITV so could this be the death of X Factor. We know ITV and X Factor signed a 3 year contract in 2016 meaning next year, 2019 could be the last.
