X Factor wild card wannabe Christopher Maloney is desperate to win his place in the X Factor live shows. Christopher has said that loosing his place in this years X Factor was like a family bereavement….really?
The 34 year old who attending the 2012 X Factor auditions with his doting grandmother claimed he had never done anything like the auditions before and appeared nervous, shaking to his core.
He received a standing ovation from not only the studio audience but all four X Factor Judges. Gary Barlow asked stunned Christopher ‘How the hell have you kept that voice hidden till now?’ What Christopher had neglected to disclose was he used to perform on Cruise ships. That in itself is not a crime, plenty of acts who go through the X Factor process have had a previous singing career. It was his overtly nervous disposition that was dramatic to say the least that seemed way over the top and false.
X factor wild card odds are predicting that Christopher Maloney will actually go through to the live shows with Christopher Maloney odds standing at 2/5 for the wild card position. Close on his heals is Amy Mottram, the sixteen year old from Essex. It is highly unlikely the other two wild card candidates, Times Red and Adam Burridge have a chance at the position.
If Christopher does indeed become the 2012 X Factor wildcard, I hope the so called nerves will dissipate as the act gets a little boring, as does the dramatics from some contestants and the floods of tears from others.
