Just as I was celebrating the lack of a manufactured X Factor group, Louis Walsh decides to mess with his category. Rough Copy have been dumped after some lame excuse about visa’s and replaced with not one but two groups leaving Louis with seven groups to take to the X Factor judges homes.
Triple J who were eliminated at the X Factor boot camp stage have been asked to return and accept eliminated George Kelly as their fourth member. The group will now been known as Union J.
Times Red have also been asked to join Louis Walsh at the judges home section of X Factor 2012. Apparently Louis wants to give himself the best chance of a judges win this year. Messing with the X Factor format is never popular with the fans however, we have come to expect some intervention in the process.
What chance do the two new additional groups have of getting through to the X Factor live shows which will be televised this weekend? Well according to the X Factor odds Times Red will probably fail but Triple J should go through along with GMD3, MK1 and maybe Mitsotu or Duke.
According to X Factor odds Jahmene will be joined by James Arthur and Nathan Fagan Gayle if just three are to go through with Jake Quickenden as a fourth.
Ella could be joined by Lucy Spraggan and Jade Ellis with Leanne Robinson close behind. For the overs, Carolynne may be joined by Kye Sones plus Melanie Masson while Christopher Maloney would be the fourth should the X Factor process call for it.
GMD3 odds give them the best chance for a group winning X Factor 2012 with odds of 16/1. Ella Henderson odds show she is most likely to win this series of X Factor giving the win to the girls category. Jahmene Douglas odds show he is a close second for the boys and Carloynne Poole odds show she will be top of the groups category.
