Chico Slimani was never meant to be a Dancing on Ice 2012 contestant but he stood in at the eleventh hour to replace Chesney Hawkes who had been injured in practise. Chico had a couple of weeks pre Dancing on Ice competition to get the basics compared to the couple of months granted to the other contestants.
Chico first came to public notice when he entered the X factor in 2005 and under Sharon Osbourne’s wing made it as far as the quarter finals despite Simon Cowell’s indignation. Chico, a natural entertainer, left the competition in 5th place but went on to have a number 1 hit single in 2006 with ‘It’s Chico Time’.
During his time in the Dancing on Ice competition Chico has vastly improved and he’s obviously won the hearts of the voting public by surviving the Skate-off. Chico was bookies favourite to be eliminated in the semi final yet the voting public put him through leaving golden girl, Jorgie Porter in the Dancing on Ice skate-off for the first time.
Way back when Dancing on Ice 2012 started, Chico was a rank outsider for the Dancing on Ice win, now we see him in the Dancing on Ice final on 25th March 2012. Chico Slimani odds at there longest stood at 33/1 for the win and they have been as short as 6/1. Currently Chico odds stand at 13/2.
Bookies Dancing on Ice odds are predicting Chico will be the first to leave the Dancing on Ice final leaving Matthew Wolfenden the winner and Jorgie Porter runner-up. However, the voting public might see it very differently and make Chico their winner, after all, we all love a winning rank outsider, don’t we?

Dancing On Ice Final Odds 2012
Chico Slimani had his best skate of the Dancing on Ice contest and stood his ground with the ultimate skills test and it was looking likely that he would be granted immunity but it wasn’t to be as Matthew Wolfenden just pipped him by half a point.
However, Chico did indeed go through to the final on the public vote leaving Jennifer Ellison and Jorgie Porter in the Dancing on Ice semi final skate-off. As you would expect, Jorgie is in the final and Jennifer was eliminated.
Out of the three Dancing on Ice finalist’s, Chico has been the ultimate improver throughout the competition. What is more remarkable is Chico shouldn’t even have been in the contest, he was a replacement for Chesney Hawks who unfortunately had to retire after an injury during early preparations for the show. Chico very obviously had the backing of the public in the semi final, could that loyalty also see him win Dancing on Ice 2012?
So this weekend Matthew Wolfenden, Chico Slimani and Jorgie Porter will compete for the Dancing on Ice 2012 title, but who will come out victorious according to bookies odds?
Dancing on Ice odds predict Matthew Wolfenden will win the 2012 Dancing on Ice final with Matthew Wolfenden odds of 4/7. Jorgie Porter odds stand at 9/4 and Chico Slimani odds at 6/1 but there are still five days to go and the odds can change. Dancing On Ice 2012 Matthew Wolfenden
The gorgeous Matthew Wolfenden has made it through to the Dancing on Ice semi final which will be televised this Sunday, 18th March 2012.
Matthew, better known for his acting skills in ITV’s popular soap Emmerdale playing Eric Pollards’s son David Metcalf is in a relationship and has a son with fellow actress Charley Webb who plays Debbie Dingle.
As a youngster Matthew was a member of the British Gymnastic squad but at the age of sixteen he fell from the rings and broke his back leaving him unable to pursue gymnastics any further.
Prior to his roll in Emmerdale, Matthew had been a David Beckham look-a-like, a cast member of the West End’s Saturday Night Fever and also landed a part in Hollyoaks spin off program, Hollyoaks: Let Loose.
Matthew has been a strong contender from the start of Dancing on Ice 2012 and charmed both voting public and the Dancing on Ice judges. Apart from a couple of weeks in the middle of the competition, Matthew has consistently been at or near the top of the leader board.
Dancing on Ice odds have swayed between Jorgie Porter or Matthew being the Dancing on Ice 2012 outright winner since books opened. For the past couple of weeks Matthew Wolfenden odds have pipped him for the win and at the moment they stand at 4/5 as opposed to Jorgie Porter odds of 5/4.
In this weekend’s Dancing on Ice semi final one contestant will see themselves propelled in to the Dancing on Ice final leaving the other three to fight for their place.

Dancing On Ice 2012 Jorgie Porter
24 year old Jorgie Porter born Jorgina Alexandra Porter came to fame most notably by playing Theresa McQueen in the soap opera Hollyoaks which is televised on Channel 4. Within her time at Hollyoaks she has been nominated no less than six times for various awards but hasn’t managed to secure one yet.
Jorgie entered Dancing on Ice 2012 and from the very start wowed Dancing on Ice and the voting public for her natural ability on the ice. Jorgie is a former ballet dancer giving her an edge with Louie Spence who judges performance and poise rather than skating ability however Robin Cousins and Katarina Witt have raved about her also. That was until last weekend, props night, when Jorgie found herself at the bottom of the leaders board however, this didn‘t make an impact on viewers votes and Jorgie went through to the next stage.
This weekend is Dancing on Ice semi final and looking at the Dancing on Ice odds Jorgie should find herself skating for the title in the Dancing on Ice final. Right from the very beginning of Dancing on Ice 2012 there have been two main runners for the Dancing on Ice 2012 title, one of which is Jorgie, the other Matthew Wolfenden.
Dancing on Ice odds show Matthew and Jorgie’s odds for the win still almost neck ‘n’ neck with Matthew just having the edge. Matthew Wolfenden odds stand at 4/5 and Jorgie Porter odds at 5/4.

Dancing On Ice Semi Final 2012
This weekend we will witness the Dancing on Ice semi final. Four celebrities will go head to head on yet another skills test for a place in the Dancing on Ice final and the final four are Matthew Wolfenden, Jorgie Port, Chico Slimani and Jennifer Ellison.
Last weekend saw Jorgie Porter at the bottom of the leaders board for the first time in the competition mainly lead by Louis Spence’s low score of 6.5. The audience seemed enraged by this pitiful score but watching from home I also thought there was very little emotion in her performance.
For my money Chemmy Alcott put on the performance of the night yet unfortunately Chemmy left the Dancing on Ice competition after finding herself in the skate-off against Chico.
Dancing on Ice semi final odds show that Chico Slimani is most likely not to make the final the following week with Chico Slimani odds of 8/12. Jennifer Ellison odds see her second favourite for elimination and it will come as no surprise to anyone that Matthew Wolfenden odds and Jorgie Porter odds show they will be safe.
At the end of the Dancing on Ice semi final, judges scores added to the public votes will reveal which of the Dancing on Ice contestants will go directly in to the final and the three left will battle it out for their place.
