2014 will be the 30th anniversary of Torvill and Dean's success at the Sarajevo 1984 Winter Olympics. With this is mind Jane and Christopher have decided this will be their last Dancing on Ice series and as they play a principle part in the show, ITV have confirmed this will indeed be the last series of the popular show.
The producers have decided to go out with a bang by enlisting past winners and memorable Dancing on Ice celebrities to find the ultimate celebrity skater.
The series starts on January 5th at 6.15pm on ITV1. Below is the celebrity line-up.
Beth Tweddle - Olympian and winner of series 8.
Bonnie Langford - Actress, singer and dancer who took third place in series 1.
David Seaman - Ex footballer who took fourth place in series 1
Gareth Gates - Runner up to Will Young in the 2002 Pop Idol who came fourth in series 3.
Gary Lucy - Eastenders star and runner up in Dancing on Ice series 5.
Hayley Tamaddon - Ex Emmerdale actress who has recently joined the cast of Coronation Street and the winner in series 5.
Joe Pasquale - The squeaky voiced Comedian who delighted us in series 8 and claimed sixth position.
Jorgie Porter - Hollyoaks actress who was runner-up in series 7.
Kyran Bracken - Former England Rugby Player and winner of series 2.
Ray Quinn - Actor and runner-up of X Factor 2006 who won Dancing on Ice series 4.
Sam Attwater - Ex Eastenders star and winner of series 6.
Suzanne Shaw - Winner of Popstars and subsequently a member of the band Hear'Say who won series 3.
Todd Carty - Originally cast in the highly successful Grange Hill and even better know for playing Mark Fowler in Eastenders. Todd came ninth in series 4.
Zaraah Abrahams - Actress in Waterloo Road, Coronation Street, Scott & Bailey who replaced Michael Underwood after an injury in series 3 and came third.
