The Voice quarter finals on Saturday night opened with the news of two acts having left the competition. There were no details other than they both left for personal reasons and The Voice wished them well.
Since then it's been rumoured Beth Morris, who was on Team Paloma was told to leave just hours before the live quarters were due to be aired due to some kind of addiction. Many rumours have suggested drugs but it would be wrong of us to speculate.
Team Ricky's Chloe Castro who was one of bookies favourites is said to have left due to health reasons. This petite, brilliant vocalist will be a huge lost to the show with many fans tweeting how much they were looking forward to hearing more from her.
During The Voice quarter finals coaches were asked to give just one of there team a fast track to the semi's. Ricky Wilson fast traced Kevin Simm, Paloma Faith unsurprisingly gave hers to Jordan Gray, Boy George nominated Cody Frost who is still bookies favourite and for some unknown reason Will I am chose to keep Lyrickal.
The unsuccessful acts were then thrown open to the voting public who voted to save four of the remaining acts. They were Jolan from Team Ricky, Lydia Lucy from Team Will I am, Vangelis from Team Boy George and a very shocked Heather Cameron-Hayes from Team Paloma.
Unfortunately we said good-bye to Lauren Lapsley-Brown and Harry Fisher.
The Voice semi final will air on Saturday 2nd April at 7pm.
