Jo Wilifried Tsonga aims to regain Paris title

Jo Wilfried Tsonga

of France will be looking to regain his title at the ATP Masters 1000 event in Paris at the end of the year and earn himself a 2^nd masters shield.

In 2008 Tsonga won the title in Paris when he beat the defending champion from Argentina David Nalbandian in the final in 3 tight sets.

This season Nalbandian has been in good form in the majors he reached the Semi Final of the Australian Open in Melbourne but lost in straight sets to the eventual champion Roger Federer of Switzerland.

Tsonga also reached the quarter finals of Wimbledon for the 1^st time in his career but he lost in 4 sets to the home favourite Andy Murray.

Murray at his best can beat anyone in the world but he lost in the Wimbledon Semi Final to the world number 1 Rafael Nadal in straight sets 6-4 7-6 6-4.
