Ernest Gulbis looks to build some end of season form

of Latvia will be aiming to make a great run at the end of the season as he will be bidding to move back up the ATP World rankings.

The Latvian pulled off a huge shock at the start of the year when he beat the former world number 1 Roger Federer of Switzerland in 3 sets at the ATP Masters 1000 event in Rome.

Gulbis went on to reach the semi finals where he lost in 3 sets to the eventual champion Rafael Nadal of Spain.

Nadal is now the world number 1 and this year he won a 5^th French Open title in Paris when he beat Robin Soderling of Sweden in straight sets in the final.

The Spaniard has since won a 2^nd Wimbledon title and a 1^st US Open title at Flushing Meadows New York a few weeks ago.

The US Open title saw Nadal complete the career Grand slam.
