of Belgium was beaten in 3 sets by her compatriot Kim Cijsters in the 4th round of Wimbledon on Court 1 yesterday.
Henin who is a 2 time finalist at Wimbledon cruised through the 1st set 6-2 and appeared to be on court for an easy victory, however Clijsters battled back to win the next 2 sets 6-2 6-3 to seal her place in the Quarter Finals.
Henin reached the final at Wimbledon in 2001 but lost to Venus Williams and she lost the 2006 final in 3 sets to Ameilie Mauresmo of France.
The only Grand Slam to so far elude Henin is Wimbledon and she would have been hoping to put that right this summer.
Last year Serena Williams won the title for the 3rd time in her career when she beat her sister Venus 6-2 7-6 in the final.
The sisters then teamed up to win the ladies doubles title.
