of Spain will be aiming to roll back the years and turn in a great performance at the French Open this year in Paris.
Ferrero was for many years regarded by many as the king of clay he reached the Semi Final at the French Open in 2001 and 2001 and he then made the final in 2002.
Ferrero then lost to Albert Costa also of Spain in the final in 4 sets in 2002, however in 2003 he got his revenge in the Semi Final in 2003 beating Costa in straight sets before beating Martin Vekerk of the Netherlands to win his 1st Grand Slam title.
The Spaniard also made the US Open final that year but lost to Andy Roddick in the final in straight sets.
Ferrero has won two titles this year on clay and will believe that if he finds his best form he can have a run at the French Open.
